What went wrong?
When high performers are matched with uninspired so-so team mates, the effect can be drastic.
The high performers eventually lose the patience, energy, and inspiration. In their mind they think that there’s no hope and that the culture is already set. It is set in stone by the fact that those team mates that have to be reminded over and over to perform better are still there.
They’re still dragging the team down.
