OBSESSION not PASSION
In #startups, when you say PASSION what you really mean is OBSESSION.
The former term is just more PR-friendly.
AND... There is no one more OBSESSED about their startup than the FOUNDER. And as one, you should look for partners who are as obsessed as you.
Obsessed about what? Your company's MISSION.
Not fame, not money, not anything else but the MISSION.
Once your mission is communicated and executed, all else will follow. Even the right team, partners, stakeholders will align with your mission.
